Muay Thai Boxing

“Muay” translates to mean “boxing” in Thai, so Muay Thai is literally Thai boxing. Taking elements from Muay Boran, the traditional Thai martial arts, Muay Thai as a modern combat sport was first formalized in the early 20th century. Muay Thai is a stand-up striking sport, with two competitors in the ring throwing punches, elbows, knees and kicks at each other. Clinching, sweeps, and throws are also allowed. Besides the 8-point contact, a key difference between Muay Thai and many other stand-up combat sports is its emphasis on traditional training.

MMA - Mixed Martial Arts

Stand up striking, incorporates boxing, Muay Thai, and various disciplines. Takedowns, throws, wrestling, Jui Jitsu, submissions, ground striking techniques, working off the cage and more!

BJJ - Brazilian Jiu Jitsu

BJJ helps people defend themselves in hand-to-hand scenarios against a larger, more aggressive opponent. This ground fighting system is highly effective and can be used in different scenarios like self-defense and MMA matches. In any BJJ class, you'll find people of different ages, physical abilities, and goals.

Adult Boxing

Our classes focuses on fundamental boxing techniques such as stance and footwork, bag and mitt work, and HITT conditioning in a supportive and energetic environment. Our advanced class includes the fundamentals mentioned above plus ring strategy defense techniques and competition preparation. 

Combatives

Our combatives classes teach more than hand-to-hand combat skills. You will learn to react under pressure, develop self-confidence, and demonstrate the mental toughness required to survive and defend yourself in dangerous situations. Students learn to perform in a high intensity environment and develop a growth mindset

Fitness Boxing

Created to bring up your heart rate for intense cardio, take you back to the fundamentals of movement, and elevate your health and fitness. Class focus will range from building strength and mobility to kicking heavy bags for stamina and power.

Group Fitness

This class uses various forms of exercises to train to perform better in sports and life. It is a circuit of high-intensity strength and cardio intervals targeting the full-body, with special emphasis on the core. There will be multiple stations utilizing unique types of equipment to keep the energy high and heart pumping!

MMA Conditioning

High intensity workout designed to prepare you for the stress in the cage or ring. This class will help you enhance your skills in speed, power, mobility, strength, and more.

Women's Self-Defense

These classes focus on learning how to predict, recognize, and protect yourself from violence. Defense training against common attacks using various striking techniques, ground defenses, choke defenses and using other techniques to defend against an attack. Learn how to deescalate a dangerous situation (avoiding a confrontation is the best way to stay safe) and how to keep yourself calm and under control. Self-defense training is a life skill that can help to be more aware of surroundings and be prepared for the unexpected at any time. Training in these classes you will become more psychologically, intellectually, and physically strong enough to protect and defend yourself in times of distress.

Youth Muay Thai Kickboxing

Our Muay Thai classes for kids cover the ancient art of 8 limbs in a program geared towards kids. This class includes Muay Thai leg kicks, knees, elbows and clinching. Created to build a foundation of athletic and motivational skills that apply in and outside the gym.

Youth Boxing

Our Youth Programs develop coordination, agility, speed, and strength. Combat the negative impact of screen time with the positive influence of fitness. Learn basic boxing skills and techniques. Classes include cardio calisthenics, shadow boxing, bag work, and basic self-defense.
